Unfurl

Unfurling takes place with cups of teas and friends. The idea for this series of paintings came when I was reading the instructions on a packet of loose leaf tea. It said to pour the boiling water and wait for three minutes for the leaves to unfurl. The word "unfurl" jumped out at me and imagery of ferns and steam-ladies immediately came to mind and that was the start to this unfurling journey, including the title of my blog site: www.theunfurlingartist.wordpress.com This print is not a limited edition.
